先举一个实际的子，客人Anna，接待方Sara

Sara: Hi, Anna. This is Sara speaking. Have you arrived in Hong Kong?

Anna: Hi, Sara. I am in the hotel, and wanna take a shower and have something to eat.

①take a shower 沐浴/洗澡（bath这个词，在口语中很少使用）

I would like to have a sun bath here. 日光浴

②take a bath 洗个澡

She usually takes a milk bath after work. 泡个牛奶浴

I took a long bath after a tough day at work.

经过一天艰难的工作后，我洗了很长时间的澡

Sara: Just say what you feel. 感觉如何？

Anna: Such a long trip for more than 11 hours from Frankfurt to Hong Kong. And bad traffic here.

①bad traffic 堵车，也可以说traffic jam

We’ll be stuck in this traffic jam for hours! 我们将会被堵上好几个小时。

We were stuck in a traffic jam. 我们遇上了交通堵塞。

Greeting 寒暄

How was your flight? Did you have a good trip?

您的航班怎么样？您旅途愉快吗？

You must be exhausted after a long journey.

Would you like to have a rest after your flight? 你刚下飞机需要休息一下吗？

客人通常会客气地回复：

Everything was fine. 一切都很顺利。

或者表达需求：

Long-distance flight makes me so tired! Please take me to the hotel now.

长途飞行让我感觉很累。现在就带我去酒店吧！

I’d like to get something to eat first.

Is there a restaurant nearby?

关于时差的描述，[Native English],

专门的单词jet lag, jet-lag.

I‘m really tired because of the jet lag. 由于时差没倒过来，我感觉好困。

Sara: Don’t worry. You will be in Shanghai tomorrow. Everything will be OK then. I’d like to re-confirm your flight and arrange the pike-up. You will be arriving on flight KA5366 by Dragonair, at a quarter past ten a.m. , right?

① pike-up，接机。

I need to pick someone up at the airport in 2 hours’ time.

2小时后我要去接机。

We’re going to pick someone up at Meilan Airport. 我们要去美兰机场接机。

pick up的用法很多，和接机一样，打车的时候让司机到哪里接你，就可以用这个短语来表达。或者是自驾游时，“提车”也是用pick up来表达的。

如何用英文准确描述航班号？

常用的说法顺序是：航班号-航空公司-起降城市-起降时间

比如：I will take the LF796 by Lufthansa from Frankfurt and arrive in Hong Kong at 4:10 p.m.

通常，在提供航班号和起降时间的同时，必须一并告知航空公司名。尤其在一些大城市的国际机场，有很多航站楼，不同的航空公司被安排在不同的航站楼。完整提供信息，才能避免接机失误。

其它常用的基础表达：

你乘坐哪趟国际航班？

The departure time for this flight is in the morning.

这个航班的起飞时间是在早上。

在机场接机时：

Sara: Excuse me. Are you Miss Anna from the Germany?

Anna: Oh, yes. I'm Anna. You must be Miss Sara from the On-show Company?

Sara: Yes I am.

Anna: It's very nice of you to meet me.

此处常用的有：

I've been expecting you.

I've been looking forward to seeing you.

We are very happy to have you here./ I hope you can enjoy your stay here.

= Let me take this suitcase for you.
