让客户秒回的WhatsApp开场话术
避坑思路:
1.少用dear或friend
很多外贸朋友喜欢用dear或friend跟国外客户打招呼,但是其实这个称呼很多都是机器人用的比较多
直接用名字 + 身份前缀
Hi Mr. Smith/Hello Anna(简洁自然,显专属感)
2.少用 How are you
虽然这些都是礼貌性的话术,但是就是太常见了,所以我们就尽量别用,除非跟客户关系有一定的进步之后用回比较合适一些。
新客户场景:破冰核心是"价值前置",不是礼貌闲聊
3.不要一上去就推销产品
你一上去就推销打广告推广产品,客户感觉不好之外,还很容易被举报导致封号。所以我们用比较容易吸引客户的方法去介绍会好一些。
禁忌:Hi, we are XX factory, our products are cheap...
销冠逻辑:先建立"非推销"人设,再创造沟通支点(如市场洞察产品推荐)

1.用客户母语/文化符号打造"自己人"形象
当地语言问候 + 地域化自我介绍 + 价值钩子
