外贸谈判破解客户要求的邮件模板攻略

1.客户要求提供30天账期

(价格确认好了,客户说但最后有一个要求,要我们提供30天的账期,才能合作,但我们不接受任何账期的,该怎么办呢?)

Hi ***,

I'm sorry to let you know that TT is the only payment way, we never accept OA, because we met big trouble 5 years ago because of the OA payment way of one customer, so since that time, financial dept required TT only.

Although we can't support the payment way, we canoffer you very good service and competitive price,weare very professional in this industry,you will feel very relax and comfortable when cooperate with us.

We appreciate your understanding.

2.客户要求提供30天账期

(价格确认好了,客户说但最后有一个要求,要我们提供30天的账期,才能合作,我们可以提供账期,但是要在合作半年后,该怎么回复客户呢?)

I'm sorry to let you know that usually we don't support OA payment,TT is the only payment way,but you are a big and reliable customer, l will try to persuade my company to accept OA after we cooperate 3 times. For the beginning, we have to use TT, 30% deposit+70% balance before shipment.

3.客户提的要求不合理

(给客户报的阶梯价,他的数量只有1000,却让我们必须按10000的量的价格来支持,我们做不到,成本不一样)

Dear ***,

I am sorry that we can't offer the same price with 10k pcs for 1k pcs order,because it will take us way highcost for 1k pcs, like the production cost is charged bytime,produce 10K pcs is the same with 1k pcs, so 10K pcs must be cheaper.

But we can ensure that no matter 1K or 10K pcs, we will offer you the qualified products.

4.客户提的要求不合理

5.客户要求提供3年质保

(价格确认好了,但客户要我们提供3年的质保我们行业都是两年,该怎么回复?)

Dear ***,

For this product, all the factories offer 2 years warranty, this is the rule of this industry, we can't change, if needs 3 years warranty, we have to charge extra repairing fee. But honestly,we did research, 2 years is also enough for the consumers, no need to extend the warranty.
